Customer Outreach Executive | The Star Brisbane
As a Customer Outreach Executive, you will engage with customers to collect and verify Source of Wealth and Source of Funds information, supporting The Star Brisbane's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) obligations. Working directly with customers, you will explain regulatory requirements, review documentation, and ensure information is captured accurately and professionally.
You will play a key role in ongoing customer due diligence by maintaining accurate records, identifying potential risks, and escalating matters where required. This is a unique opportunity to combine customer engagement, compliance, and relationship management in a role that contributes to a safe and responsible gaming environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a regulated environment such as gaming, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, AML/CTF, KYC, Source of Wealth, and Source of Funds requirements.
- Experience working with high-value customers and managing confidential information.
