Premium Guest & Business Development Manager | The Star Brisbane
As the Premium Guest & Business Development Manager, you will lead the growth, engagement, and retention of The Star Brisbane's premium guests through exceptional service, strategic relationship management, and targeted business development initiatives. You will play a key role in the reintroduction and ongoing management of the Queensland rebate program, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and strong commercial outcomes.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive guest visitation, loyalty, and revenue through innovative events, customer outreach strategies, and premium guest experiences. This leadership role also supports and develops the Premium Services team whilst ensuring the highest standards of responsible gambling, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction are maintained.
