Continue your career at The Star Gold Coast as a Surveillance Trainee Operator, you'll receive comprehensive training to monitor, investigate, accurately document, and report potential threats to casino revenue, the safety and security of patrons and team members, illegal or undesirable activities, and the integrity of gaming operations. As part of our Surveillance team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment while supporting the efficient and effective operation of the business.

What we are looking for

  • High level of personal integrity and ability to work in an extremely restricted and confidential environment
  • Strong mathematical aptitude as well as moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge relating to CCTV, Security, alarm systems and other job-related programmes and systems (desired but not essential)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Queensland Casino Employee (CE) Licence
  • Availability to work any shift during a 24-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
