What we are looking for

• Proven supervisory experience in a fine dining hospitality environment with strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Flexible with availability to meet varying venue operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Statement of Attainment
