This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in assessing  TSEG’s compliance with financial crime regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management frameworks, and the effectiveness of the financial crime control environment.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Deliver risk-based assurance reviews, including control testing and assessment of control effectiveness.
  • Identify control weaknesses, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities, providing practical recommendations.
  •  Support the preparation of assurance reports, findings, and remediation tracking activities.
  • Apply data analytics and thematic analysis to identify trends and enhance assurance outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide guidance on risk, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and the promotion of a strong risk-aware culture.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional who can deliver quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in assurance, risk, compliance, or controls within gaming, financial services, corporate, or government environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and a well-developed risk and control mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess issues and identify practical solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications (e.g. ICA) are highly regarded.
