The Sales Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to The Star Sales team while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role also oversees regular reporting, maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinates client events to support business objectives.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including preparation for meetings, events, travel, tenders, and proposals
  • Coordinate contract administration, including room blocks, rate loading, activity updates, contract storage, and stakeholder communications
  • Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, planners, and client entertainment reports in Delphi
  • Record, update, and maintain client and contact information in Delphi
  • Manage electronic and physical filing systems

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience preparing reports, analysing data, and providing insights on results

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting high-performing sales teams. With experience in a fast-paced administrative or sales support environment, you thrive on managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your ability to analyse information, manage competing deadlines, and anticipate the needs of the team enables you to contribute positively to business outcomes.
