What we are looking for

• Proven Food & Beverage leadership experience, with strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage operations
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
• Highly organised and accountable, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification required; RMLV/Approved Manager accreditation will be highly regarded
