The role oversees pool, lifeguard, and food & beverage teams, manages financial performance and compliance requirements, and works collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver a safe, premium, and commercially successful resort environment.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational leadership role
- Proven experience in team leadership, workforce planning, performance management and cost control
- Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead change effectively
- Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
- First Aid and CPR qualifications (desirable)
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operational environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
