Continue your career at The Star Gold Coast as the Celebrations Event Executive for Nineteen at The Star, where you will support end-to-end event coordination, from client enquiries and planning through to delivery and reconciliation. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless event execution while contributing to administration, financial processes, and marketing activities.

What we are looking for
- An experienced events professional with a proven ability to deliver seamless end-to-end coordination of high-end events, ensuring a premium guest experience from enquiry through to post-event follow-up
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of conducting engaging site inspections, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining a luxury service standard
- Detail-oriented and organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, oversee event logistics, and produce accurate documentation (BEOs, floorplans, and client requirements) in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who takes ownership of event execution, working closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless delivery
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded, customer-focused professional who can manage reservations, respond to enquiries promptly, and identify upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth; experience with Opera PMS, Amadeus Delphi, ResDiary, Event Draw, Eventbrite, and Scala Enterprise Content Manager is highly regarded
