Premium Guest Executive | The Star Brisbane

As a Premium Guest Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our valued Platinum and Diamond members, delivering personalised service that creates memorable experiences and drives guest loyalty. You will proactively grow and retain your hosted portfolio through targeted promotions, events, and one-on-one relationship management, while identifying opportunities to increase visitation and engagement.

 Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will coordinate premium guest experiences, manage reservations and event attendance, and utilise Salesforce to maintain accurate guest preferences and insights. You'll also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Responsible Gambling and Source of Wealth obligations, while providing exceptional service that reflects The Star Brisbane's premium offering.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in gaming, hospitality, VIP services, or a customer-focused environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong sales, networking, and influencing skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and drive guest engagement and loyalty.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident technology skills, including experience using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
