You will maintain customer profiles in line with compliance requirements while assisting with AML, KYC, and Source of Wealth (SOW) processes.

This role plays a key part in supporting our Risk and Compliance teams, building trusted customer relationships, and ensuring The Star meets its regulatory responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or a similar risk and compliance-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management experience, with the ability to build trust and confidently engage with customers on sensitive matters.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess information, identify risks, and make sound decisions independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong technology capabilities and experience using Microsoft Office, databases, and record management systems.
  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry is highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in areas such as Law, Criminology, Economics, or Accounting, as well as additional language skills (particularly Chinese or Vietnamese), will be highly advantageous.
