As a Service Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, availability and reliability of IT services across The Star Gold Coast. You’ll be at the frontline of our 24/7 operations, monitoring systems, resolving incidents and helping deliver seamless technology experiences that support our team members and guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse systems across gaming, hotel, F&B and corporate platforms.
A few of your responsibilities
- Proactively monitor enterprise systems, applications and services to ensure optimal performance, availability and minimal disruption
- Provide responsive support across critical business platforms, including gaming, hotel, POS and corporate systems
- Carry out operational tasks and planned changes, including patching, service management and routine maintenance activities
- Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow, maintaining accurate records
- Oversee backup environments, investigate and resolve failures, and ensure effective tape management and data integrity processes are maintained
What are we looking for
- Experience supporting desktop and server environments in a fast-paced IT setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong IT experience (essential) with exposure to enterprise systems such as hotel or POS platforms (highly regarded)
- Qualifications in in IT (highly regarded
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
