As a Gaming Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Gaming equipment while ensuring that all activities align with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A few of your responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining gaming equipment
• Assisting with the relocation & installation of gaming equipment
• Investigating and responding to service calls
• Assisting with denominational and game conversions
• Accurately complete maintenance reports and logs

What are we looking for

• Trade certificate or Cert 3 in electronic (essential)
• Previous experience operating and maintaining gaming equipment/systems
• Skilled in the use of electronic test equipment (relating to electronic gaming machines)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse team
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Key Employee (KE) Casino Licence (which includes thorough background checks)
• Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster
