As a Porter Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when they arrive at our Porte Cochere, sharing your knowledge of the property and Gold Coast’s surrounding areas will see you assist with a variety of enquires.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities

• Efficient and courteous handling of all guest arrivals and departures, including transport, delivery and storage of guest luggage  
• Assist with guest enquiries and requests, ensuring familiarity with the property, hotels, guest rooms, restaurants, bars and casino 
• Park and collect guest vehicles promptly as required 
• Provide general information on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas

What are we looking for

• A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming
• A sound knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast events
• Open Australian driver’s license
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays
