Bell Captain | The Star Brisbane

The Bell Captain is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience. You’ll oversee luggage and vehicle movements while leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression.

In this role, you’ll guide Porters and Doormen, coordinate guest arrivals and luggage handling, and share helpful information about the hotel and Brisbane. You’ll also work closely with all departments and support the Chief Concierge with rostering, training, and team communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Experience as a Bell Captain or similar position within a five-star property desirable
• At least one year's experience leading a team
• QLD Drivers licence with a clean driving record required 
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
