The Cashier Services Compliance Officer role reports directly to the Financial Integrity Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to support the first line of defence as an operational risk manager. You will be responsible for reviewing, scrutinising, and revising Cashier Services departmental operational processes and ICM’s.
With focus on optimisation and improvement of work-flow efficiencies and documented processes, you will strive to improve consistency and ensure accuracy and accountability. A few of your responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor regulatory requirements across Cashier Services and Count to ensure compliant processes and SOPs are in place
- Collaborate with departments to ensure SOPs and training materials reflect business practices, Rules of the Game, and ICMs
- Identify high‑risk operational activities with stakeholders and ensure appropriate controls are documented in SOPs and training
- Liaise with Risk & Compliance teams to maintain consistency across all requirements
- Develop and review training materials for Cashier Services and Count to ensure accuracy and relevance
What we are looking for:
- Must have experience within the Cashier Services department
- Exceptional understanding of gaming SOP’s, ICMs, and Casino Control Act and Regulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with high attention to detail and a structured and methodical approach
- Unquestionable integrity with demonstrated calm and profession disposition
