The Breach Senior Analyst, reporting to the Breach Manager, supports the team by developing, implementing, and managing breach management strategies and processes to deliver high‑quality outcomes aligned with regulatory expectations and requirements.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Support the Breach Manager with daily tasks and breach management leadership across The Star Sydney, providing guidance to the broader team
- Support the business on the end‑to‑end breach lifecycle from creation to closure
- Support the business in conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and control or process gaps
- Develop and support the business in implementing effective remedial action plans
- Prepare accurate and timely breach notifications for regulatory bodies
- Prepare insight, trend, and key metric reporting on breaches
- Maintain strong knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Monitor emerging compliance requirements and assist with implementation
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, law, business, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in risk, compliance, audit, or licensed gaming roles
- Knowledge of ICMs, SOPs, and risk governance frameworks
- Skilled in risk assessment, analytics, and compliance monitoring
- Strong understanding of the Casino Control Act (NSW), AML/CTF obligations, and other key regulations governing casino operations
