As our Senior Breach Analyst, you will coordinate the management of breaches, ensuring that breaches are identified, assessed, reported and remediated in accordance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements. This role provides leadership, direction, and subject-matter expertise to drive consistent and high quality breach assessments, investigations, and resolution across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our compliance maturity by delivering insights on breach trends, identifying systemic issues, reporting insights to senior management, and supporting the design and implementation of remedial actions.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Support the Head of Risk & Compliance with day-to-day tasks and provide guidance and support to the broader team
  • Foster a collaborative and proactive risk culture across the organisation, supporting the management of emerging risks and compliance obligations
  • Lead the end‑to‑end breach management lifecycle from creation to closure
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and process/control gaps
  • Support the business in developing effective remedial action plans
  • Prepare accurate and timely breach notifications for regulatory bodies
  • Prepare insights, trends and key metrics to inform business leaders in decision-making

What we will be looking for:

  • Extensive experience in risk management, compliance or audit within a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with Internal Control Manual (ICMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and risk governance frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks, test controls, and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, control testing, and compliance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience in analytical report writing and presentation preparation
  • Strong understanding of laws as they relate to the organisation, in particular, Casino Control Act and regulations and other relevant legislation
  • Strong ethical mindset and commitment to upholding regulatory governance standards.
  • Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
