What We’re Looking For:

• Background in business development across hotel and business events markets, with experience in sales principles, targeting, and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and foster a customer‑focused culture through excellent communication and teamwork.
• Demonstrated capability in planning, organising, and driving performance excellence, including the ability to align team activity to KPIs and strategic goals.
• Solid technical and professional knowledge, with sound commercial acumen and experience interpreting market trends and industry insights.
