As a Senior Entertainment Guest Services Attendant, you will support the Theatre Supervisor in the professional and efficient daily operation of our Theatre at The Star Gold Coast, assisting with team coordination and being a visible presence on the floor during performances and events.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your theatrical expertise throughout our property at The Star Gold Coast.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Support the smooth delivery of all front-of-house operations including ushers, ticket checking, foyer management, and interval procedures
- Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgement
- Actively promote upcoming events in the Theatre and keep up to date on the current property wide promotions and facilities
- Maintain knowledge of venue procedures, seating configurations, accessibility arrangements, and emergency protocols
- Ensure adherence to WHS requirements, venue safety standards, and emergency procedures at all times
What we will be looking for:
- High level communication and customer service experience within a theatrical setting
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Nationally recognised RSA statement of attainment
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, customer centric environment
