The Learning & Development Training Facilitator, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, will facilitate workshops in person and virtually. These workshops range from Welcome Days and Onboarding to guest experience, technical skills, compliance, and leadership programs.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our People Operations team.

A few of your responsibilities  

• Facilitate fun learning sessions, encouraging interaction and engagement
• Ensure an inclusive learning environment, catering to people from diverse backgrounds and education levels
• Tailor programs to provide context to each audience group
• Use a variety of facilitation techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics

What we are looking for

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in L&D facilitation, in a hospitality, service or regulated environment
• Customer-service orientation
• Knowledge of facilitation techniques including face to face and virtual workshops
• Qualification in L&D, IT, business, or related discipline from a recognised educational institution desirable

With your experience in learning, leadership development, and skills-based training, you will specialise in creating engaging workshops that support both individual and organisational goals.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our People Operations at The Star Sydney.
