The Campaign Executive role reports directly to the Group Manager CRM Operations and is responsible for coordinating and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across owned channels to drive customer engagement and increase patronage.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver targeted, customer-centric marketing campaigns that align with The Star’s vision.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalised direct marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign management, including briefing, approvals, and execution.
  • Work closely with Property Marketing teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Leverage CRM tools to optimise customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What we will be looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty programs, or CRM roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, analytics, and targeted marketing.
  • Experience with CRM and campaign management platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
