As a Handyperson for our second residential tower, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties from minor repairs and renovations to general maintenance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence that our guests have come to expect.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Undertake in-room set ups ahead of the opening of our new Residential Tower
• Perform a wide range of tasks, including repairs such as patching, painting tiling, AV equipment, and general maintenance across Tower 2
• Ensure the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with the Property Operations team to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
• Support the planning and execution of maintenance tasks and small-scale projects as needed.

What are we looking for:

• Proven experience as a handyperson, with practical skills in general building maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
