As a Hospitality Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge training programs, ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your role will play a key part in shaping the growth and development of our talented workforce at The Star Brisbane.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our Food & Beverage teams by supporting growth and development.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Designing and facilitating engaging Food & Beverage training programs
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions
• Continuous improvement and refining of training programs
• Support career development and ongoing training & development
• Maintain working knowledge of industry trends and best practices in hospitality training and development
