As a Housekeeping Services Supervisor, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency are achieved and maintained within the department through effective supervision, training, and team member engagement of this large and diverse team!
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Ensure all relevant guest information is shared with all Team Members - VIPs, Cots, Rollaway beds
- Support and assist the team during peak periods
- Perform room spot checks and ensure all rooms are checked to hotel standards
- Resolve guest concerns using a pleasant and diplomatic approach
- Monitor and report maintenance requests where required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Supervisory experience within a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills with an exceptional eye for detail
- Property Management System Opera experience desirable
- Passion for hospitality with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster
About you:
You will be experienced in a supervisory housekeeping role within a five-star property or integrated resort. In addition, you will have experience of improving operational efficiency, elevating guest experiences, and maintaining the highest of room presentation.
You will bring a collaborative and welcoming mindset and thrive in a team environment and have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements with experience embedding these requirements as part of your ways of working.
