As the Concierge at The Darling, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring a positive guest experience, playing a key role to promote The Star Sydney as a leading destination.  

With a focus on glamorous individuality The Darling is the epitome of luxury, our team go above and beyond to provide personalised service and memorable guest experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Supervise and add value to the activities of team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures
• Ensure guest queries are handled a timely and professional manner
• Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork
• Promoting and sharing knowledge about our beautiful City and local area ensuring our Hotel guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotel

What are we looking for:

• Previous experiences in hospitality or guest service supervisor / management role is desirable
• Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
• Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
• Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous

• Flexibility to work in a fulltime capacity across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings and weekends)

You will have a motivated proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to support various tasks and a team. This is a guest facing role where you can showcase your passion for service, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for creating a 5 star experience.
