As a Hotel Guest Service Agent at The Star Residences, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From handling check-ins and check-outs to addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate room assignments and seamless transitions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, offering personalised solutions and recommendations
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest information and transactions.

What we will be looking for:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and databases used for guest management (Opera highly regarded)
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
