The Cashier Services Duty Manager is responsible for assisting the Cashier Services Manager and for the day-to-day co-ordination and administration of the Casino Cages, as well as the supervision of team members on duty. 

A few of your responsibilities:

• The scheduling of staff, including management of annual leave, absenteeism and employee entitlements, per the Enterprise Agreement 
• Accountable for the entire inventory, including local and foreign currency, coin, cheques, chips, documents and records 
• Handle conflict and difficult guest service situations as required 
• Monitor cash flow to meet business demands and requirements 
• Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that service delivery is timely, effective and efficient and that it meets both the guest’s needs and corporate standards  

What are we looking for:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Gaming Finance operation, with some experience in a supervisory capacity 
• Must be computer literate, with knowledge of gaming systems 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Good management and interpersonal skills
