The Casino Cashier role reports directly to the Cash Services Supervisor and is responsible for greeting guests and providing high-quality cashiering services for gaming related transactions. Exceptional customer service is at the forefront of this role as well as the opportunity for you to put your skills and knowledge to the test and upskill in multiple areas of Cage operations. 

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring timely, effective, and efficient cashiering services  

• Manage guest queries and concerns ensuring a satisfactory resolution 

• Promote safer gambling practices through proactive communication  

• Stay well-informed about the property, its amenities, local services, and nearby attractions, and ensure effective communication with guests 

• Participate in shift briefings to enable smooth transitions and handovers between shifts, thereby maintaining the quality of service 

What are we looking for: 

• Previous high volume money handling or banking experienced highly regarded 

• Outstanding communication skills along with guest service experience 

• High level of attention to detail ensuring speed and accuracy 

• Exposure to a casino and/or gaming environment desirable 

• Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster
