As a Bar Attendant, you will be at the heart of our vibrant atmosphere, crafting delicious drinks and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, mixing cocktails with flair and serving with a smile. Your friendly personality and commitment to outstanding customer service will ensure every night is special.

Cherry Bar: The epitome of sophistication and luxe. Signature seasonal cocktail menu crafted by The Star’s highly talent team of mixologists. Cherry features a lavish 22 metre bar in the heart of the action.

Sports Bar: Our hub for all mega sporting events. All your pub favourites, bar and entertainment lineups weekly, and over 50 LCD TVS.

Latitude: Nightlife, entertainment, and world class casino at your doorstep. Latitude bar services our Main Gaming Floor.

Rock Lily: From acoustic to old school, house to eDM, Rock Lily sets the live music scene alight every Friday and Saturday night.

A few of your responsibilities:    

• Take orders and prepare drinks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of beverage product knowledge
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
• Provide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient manner

 What we are looking for:  

• Bar experience with a knowledge of cocktails
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours 
• Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)

About you:   

As an experienced bartender, you understand how to shake up the best cocktails. Your knowledge of classic drinks and the ability to learn venue specific specialities will see you excel in this role.
