As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is enthusiastic and professional. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and engaging to ensure that our guests receive optimum service every time.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase how we take good care of our guests throughout their stay.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from patrons and provide recommendations if required
• Ensuring RSA standards are met
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to assist guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue

What are we looking for:

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexible availability with weekends essential
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
• Most importantly you must have a passion for hospitality!
