As a Wardrobe Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be at the heart of our property ensuring all team members uniforms are prepared and ready for their shift, maintaining high presentation standards and promoting a positive experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our housekeeping department.
A few of your responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service to our team members ensuring the garment’s quality and cleanliness are maintained
- Support the Assistant Housekeeping Manager with daily operations such as assigning and allocating uniforms to new recruits
- Assist in periodical uniform stock takes and maintain organisation of garments
- Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors and be aware of any conveyor belts and other equipment faults to ensure a good, safe and smooth operation
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in Wardrobe and/or Housekeeping functions, demonstrating an understanding of the operational needs in these areas
- Knowledge in laundry and understanding different kinds of fabric (desired but not essential)
- Great communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability in all tasks
- Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 roster
