Senior People Systems Analyst - Systems & Administration

The Senior People Systems Analyst role reports directly to the Group Manager People & Systems Reporting and is responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, and optimisation of our people system to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can drive system improvements, support enhancements, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless technology operations.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements for technology improvements.
  • Lead the end-to-end testing cycle for system updates and manage change processes.
  • Provide system administration, maintenance, configuration, and support.
  • Ensure the technology reflects the organisational structure and operate at optimum performance.
  • Provide analysis in technology change initiatives, by defining business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
  • Provide assistance and support through data analytics and toolkits.
  • Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders within People & Performance, IT and across Vendor Support to deliver business outcomes.

What we will be looking for:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in people technology systems and functionality.
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems with experience managing configurations.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and deliver customer-focused technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and documentation with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Experience supporting HRIS technology and compliance within a large organisation.
