As a Laundry Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of The Star Gold Coast property laundry facility, managing a hard-working team, implementing efficient processes to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our valued guests as well as our team.

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Lead and motivate a team of laundry attendants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
• Monitor and maintain cleaning standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally
• Embrace a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold Coast

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in laundry operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands
